Legal Question in Consumer Law in
I bought one flat which is equivalent to two adjecent flat, have two separate agreements, two share certficate but in the sanctioned plan it is shown as one flat, property tax bill also is one for the whole unit. Can the society demand two maintenance charges to me?

if it is one unit in sanction plan and maintainance charges are per unit and not based on area, the society cannot
