Dear Madam / Sir,
If you noticed that the Samsung cell phone you purchased in cash is defective, you ought to have immediately returned it back to the showroom from where you purchased the phone within 3 working days, returned the handset, and claimed full cash refund. If you had done that, you would have rid yourself of all problems. If you have settled the cellphone purchase by credit card, the Company issued you a value Credit Voucher to be redeemed and adjusted against the purchase of another cell phone from Reliance. You misplaced that Credit Voucher (control lapse) too, for which you are responsible and not the Company. Summing up, all you can now do, is ask Reliance to return back the Samsung phone they collected from you on 20.02.2013, get it serviced and repaired and use it.
Regards,
