Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I bought Toshiba laptop on Aug 2012, Its still in warranty. I am facing technical issues after three months I complaint with the support team. They fixed then again the issue aroused. Now I am emailing them since march 19 but they keep telling me that they will contact me. But all in vain. Now please suggest me what should I do? My laptop is in critical condition. Please advice what shall I proceed with to get it rectify.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the Toshiba laptop is still under warranty, you should ask the Company to fix the problem or provide you with a new replacement of the same model. You should give the Company a week's time to act failing which you should lodge a complaint against the Company in the consumer forum.
