Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I brought one laptop from reliance digital store .they sold me laptop which is not selling by official laptop company on website.the digital seller give me wrong information abt that product he say me that product is new by company but i inquire .the company stop production 6 month before..now i didnt want laptop which is discontinuef by d company.What i hv to do?? What if laptop company ready to give warrenty.but i dont want laptop which is discontinued by d company production .d seller Misguided me and given laptopehich was discontinued .what i hv rights???? Pls help
