Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My builder give and sign in sale agreement that he will provide municipal water supply in our flate, but is not doing so .Hi supply us under ground soil water which is not healthy. What legal action I can take

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the residents should sign a letter and submit it to the local Municipality Office requesting them to provide a water pipe line to your Society.
