Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

My building comes under gaothan land . (where the building is not registered under socities act). Is home tuition taking legal, what about other neighbours getting distubred due to this.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today is Gudi Padwa - the Maharashtrian Marathi community New Year !

You can do whatever you please to do in your own house. You can run a kindergarten or you can tutor students at home. I see no way how other neighbours can get disturbed with what you do in your own house.
