Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
In a case against a builder who has not given possession of the flats in a project in time we are filing a case in consumer forum. To two of us majority of members have issued a power of attorney which is notarized. Some of the flat owners are in army and are posted on front. They are unable to come and join the power of attorney issued by other flat owners in favor of the above two members because of non-availability of leave etc. How they can join in this case? what are the forms required by which they can also give power on their behalf to the above two members in this case?

An Authority Letter from the flat owners who are on the war front to their immediate next of kin should suffice.
