Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Competent and Efficient Legal -Aid Lawyer wanted to conduct Appeal before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , New Delhi ( claim amount around Rs 72 lakhs+) with no fee. But client can pay 25% of the realized amount as Negotiation Fee if settled out of court after steps by handling lawyer.
The Appeal is already filed and numbered and the first hearing is in July 2013.
