Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
a consumer buys a bottle of repudated colddrink from a shop there was a worm in the content the sold colddrink company blames the shopkeeper against whom the consumer should bring an action..???

Both shop keeper and manufacturer are jointly and severally liable for the defects in goods and you may initiate action against both of them under the consumer protection Act or civil law.---------------------- Nellai v Kannan [email protected]
