CONSUMER COURT
If I cannot afford to hire a lawyer or I don't want a government lawyer and want to fight my case on my own then, is the opposition allowed to use a lawyer to defend themselves?

you can argue in person that is your choice.But the other side definetely has the right to engage one .It doesnt matter if you are arguing in person.
