Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
A customer of a coop pathsantha in nashik maharashtra has filed a case for recovery of deposit from manager,chairman,secretary ,treasurer and directors.but the manager is not appointed,no written order is given to the manager,he is not a authorised signatory for banking transactions.Is the manager held responsible.
