Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
dear sir i am doing my own business in coimbatore. For my business improvement i have given advertisement the major cities in india through just dial.they have charges for 2248 for monthly, the same amount they have debit from my account via ECS, but my company profile comes only coimbatore city,
Business enquiry also i got from coimbatore city only from when they activate my profile, many times i have complaint to them and cancel my ecs contract,but they have did not care about it, what can i do sir, can i complaint to consumer court, Can i get Compensation
