Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear sir, I have invested money in speak asia. As you know that cheated to consumers. I have also lost my money. Kindly suggest me what should I do get money back as the both partners have been arrested. I will be greatfull to you please suggest what actions should I take and what remedies are available for me.

Since they are already arrested, there is use in filing a criminal case. At the most, u can file a civil suit for recovery. There is provision for attachment of property to pay the debt. You have to work hard on this.
