1 Answer from Attorneys
Dear client,
The Honourable President has clearly narrated the facts, viz.
1.Complainant who filed a case against a hospital was absent on last hearing date.
2. Hon'ble President of the forum issued summons/notice for appearence before the forum.
3.The summons or notice was returned unserved with the reason-
4.The reason stated for not serving the notice is shown as complainant is not avalable in the address furnished in the complaint.
5. The word SEEN, he has compared the address on the notice and complaint.
6."THE CASE IS FILED ", Hon'ble President written FILED by mistake instead of the word CLOSED or DISMISSED.
7.IF NO FURTHER DATE FOR APPEARENCE OR POSTING IS GIVEN TO YOU CAN BE SURE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT.
