dear sir,
i am from gujarat myself dharmesh . asking that in our town there is started a lucky draw scheme of flats. what kind of procedure docs needs to check when invest in the lucky draw scheme.

Sir
Before investing in the land, conduct a through title search of the land. You should check the sale deed of the land, its corresponding revenue entries, sanction plan by Municipal Authorities or Urban Development Authorities, if the land is converted from New to Old Tenure and from agriculture to non agriculture then verify the Collectors Orders, and cross verify with the government office. Check the Sub Registrar office if any transaction of the land or flat in question is already registered or not. Also give public notice.
