Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My cousin was cheated by Jet Airways Jaipur Airport counter by charging huge amount for his excess baggage with International connection of Kenya Airways about 02 years ago (have all document proofs). but due his son illness (now passed away 04 months ago) he couldn't took legal action against this.
pls advsie can he take the legal action now for airlines cheating? (chetaed on sep-oct 2011)

for consumer court, limitation to file complaint is 2 years. But for a civil action for damages and compensation with court fee, limitation is 3 years.
