Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
Iam terminate on the spot without any notice & reason. the company doesn't provide any a ppointment letter/ joining letter at the time of joining. I have not receive my Salary yet. Kehtai hai hum tumhai salary nahi dengai dusrai branch sai lai lo
Please kindly suggest me how to complain in labour court without joining letter and Appointment letter

Serve a legal notice first calling them to clear the due. If they do not oblige, give a complaint in labour court. You have to draft a complaint for labour court. Contact for more.
