Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir,
My builder has sold me property as soft launch, however, after 10% payment when he shared the project layout for allotment, we were able to find out that the project layout is old one which we had seen two years back and currently the project is in advanced stage of construction. Now when we are going to builder to refund our money as we have been misinformed, builder is not ready to listen and is telling that he will forfeit entire 10% (13 lacs) payment . I need help in this regard. Regards Kishore.

Send the builder a legal notice thru an advocate and if in vain file a police complaint u/s 406/ 420/422/ 34 /120-B IPC against the builder. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
