Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sirs,
I am running a placement agency.I charge a nominal fee amount of 50% of 30 days salary from the candidates and I normally send them mail and take acceptance from candidates about their payment through email. Is that valid to fight in the court of law. Cause there is no signature of theirs on that.
Can I claim the same legally, if they do not pay the said amount.
