I am a defaulter fr car loan my 6 emi is pending.we r ready to pay but this people r nt ready to accept it n asking to surrender our car in police station.n also saying that they logged a compl under G 9.what to do

You should visit and talk to Manager and seek time since you can pay with penalty. In case of default, they will proceed via Arbitration Act by referring the matter to Arbitrator.
