Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
the dist. consumer form passed order to return the vehicle and vehicle papers i.e r.c. to complaint,the complaint preffered to state commission as an appeal the state commission issued order is that pay the compensation and cost of Rs.2,00,000/- to complaint with in 4 weeks from the date of the order. as per state commission order the respondent approched so many time to give the amount and vehicle papers but the complint refused to take the vehicle and vehicle records. now the 4 weeks time is completed if the complaint filed penality petitin before form the respondent suffer loss. as per order of the state commission the responent full fill his part but intentioanly the complaint avoided. kindly give suggestion to the respondet.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The respondent can plea before the Judge to question the complainants on the reason for non-compliance of the Court order and enhance the penalty thereon.
