what should i do if drawer refuses to pay the amount even after losing chequq bounce case? shall he move to higher court? what are the possibilities for him to move to higher court?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should file contempt of Court proceedings against the drawer and claim double the amount of the dishonoured cheque as compensation.
