Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

A executive from a advertising company came to me for advertisement package to advertise my business online on Google and other site. They explained me all feature I liked and paid him 35000/-by net banking & 4326/-by Cheque as per their package plan. Since then he is not picking up my phone & not replying my sms too.I called on customer no but he was also help less. Also contacted their senior person but just they are passing time. As per their commitment & my requirement my work will be done in 3-4 days maximum. but now 9 days passed nothing happened except not respond my calls by their executive. Now I read their online reviews found that their business to take money & runaway. few of them got service by putting huge pressure on the company & their executive. I also found that Non of their clients are satisfied. I understand that they are not going to provide services. plz suggest what to do? Should I call him on other place(because they are coming to my place)and d the things they deserve. Plz suggest.
