Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have already filed acompiant in District Consumer Forum about unfair trade practices adopted by a shared Holiday company. Several verabal promises were made but are not part of written agreement. In his reply, the company has asked to prove that these promises were made. How can I prove verbal promises? Do consumer courts insist on proof?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you happen to know a few others who had also attended the intial briefing and presentations along with you who can give evidence in the Court, you should request them to furnish the necessary evidence. If you had a recording of the entire presentation, you may present it in the Court as evidence.
Regards,
