Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I filed a case against Micromax and as they haven't come even on the dasti notice so court ordered me to file a exparte evidence against them . So now what are the chances of my win and what they will do against me

The process of legal notice to the opponents is over, ex-party evidence too has already been completed, so you should plead for judgement.
