Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
: On flipkart I placed order for apple tablet,which is on 90% discount,I immediately placed order and I got
Confirmation too, but flipkart denied to deliver order by saying techincal error.But the thing is I placed order by cash on deliver, can I file case in consumer court?

1) No. If flikart failed to return the cash deposited, then u hv a case.
