Flipkary company gave me a used phone....they did a fraud with me...i have all the proofs of their mistake....if i compain against them in the court how can i be benefited after that...please sir anwer it...

dear client first send legal notice through lawyer to the company and ask for damages as well as compensation for mental harassment. if company will not act as per notice then file case in consumer court and u will get yr money back with compensation for mental harassment. for any legal help call me

yes, firstly you will be decided are your flipkart or other company.flipkart is service povider.
