good afternoon sir,

My Name is Epuri Naveen Chand from guntur dist,

my que is

this year 2014 feb,22 i took internet connection from guntur net service with advance payment of 3 months,while taking the connection i informed them that i don't need the connection for the 3rd month and i will continue on 4th month with that advance which i have already paid,and they agreed for that.

but now they are saying that the rules are changed from this month and we can't give internet connection for the 4th month and i have proof for that, can i sue them on consumer court

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes. If they have accepted the arrangement to defer the last month's advance in writing, they will have to legally adhere to it.
