Legal Question in Consumer Law in Philippines
good day po. may nabili po kaming lupa/bahay thru rural bank pero may utang pala na 18 thou ung dating nakatira. pero naayos na yun ng rural bank, pumirma daw ng promisory note ung dating may ari ng bahay na babayaran nya monthly ng 1000 ung bill nya. 2011 pa po nagkaroon ng kasunduan. ngayon po magpapakabit kami ng kuryente, ayaw nila kabitan kasi daw di rin binayaran ng dating may ari ung bill nya at ngayon po ay 30 thou na. sinisingil po sa amin. sabi ng rural bank, bakit di finallow-up na singilin ung dating may ari. ano po ang laban namin para makabitan ng kuryente?
