Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I'm from mumbai. I had tikona internet service and when i asked them to close the connection. At the start of the month i asked them to close the connection but the connection continued for 1 and then they called me to pay the bill and i refused saying i have already asked them to close it. After a lot of talks they agreed with me. Some of the senior also called me we had the discussion and they also agreed on it. After 2 month i received a call asking for the device to hand over to them. I told them i'm gonna renew the ac. And now after 1 month i'm receiving calls from an advocate from delhi that my bill is pending tikona is doing case you pay the bill or i'm sending you the legal notice. Now after 3 months i don't even have the request no. etc. that i received from tikona regarding my disconection complain.
When i called tikona regarding all this they are saying you have not registared any complain you have to pay the amount to stop the calls.
What should i do now?
