Hello,
My uncle had purchased one second hand Tempo (3-wheeler) 4 years ago through finance company. But due to some financial problems my uncle failed to repay the EMI & for amount of 24000 Rs he handed over the tempo to finance company.
Now after 4 years, one notice has came to my home from advocate on behalf of Finance company that, your settlement is pending & kindly pay 30000 Rs for complete settlement. Pl. guide us how to tackle this issue.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your uncle has handed over the second hand tempo to the Finance Company in full settlement of the loan outstanding, simply produce a copy of that letter in your reply to the advocate's notice.
Regards,
