Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
hey , i have this question regarding the sale of goods act 1930 . This is the case :
What if i go to buy a car and instead of paying the amount in cash , i agree to give him my building papers in return . Is this called a "sale" ?
I want to know why yes or no ! with your arguments on this topic .
Thank you .

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, it is not called a "sale" because the monetary consideration is vague and not pre-determined and specific.
