Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
hey,i want to confirm something that,i am student,living here at rent,i had not pay my last month bill of airtel broadband connection and without informing the airtel customer care office i shifted somewhere at the city,they have only my PAN card as my identity proof,i got there mail after 3 months in which they asked me to pay the bill of 3 months and they charged me 3700 rupees and then i ignore that mail..and now i got a mail warning from the DELHI COURT that if i will not pay the bill in 7 days,legal proceedings will be made against me under section 403,405,406 and 420.
what will you suggest me?
I also want to know that,only on the basis of my PAN card,what actions they can take against me?

It is advisable to pay and settle your Airtel usage dues without any more delay.
