Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
hi,i need guidance regarding second-hand car issue. we recently purchased a 2nd-hand honda car (done 48000kms.) from a dealer.but when we took it to the honda showroom we came to know that it had actually done 1.5 lac kms. we have been cheated. The car is with me and i've made the full payment(we have the receipt). The insurance too is on my name. The same dealer is making arrangements to transfer the RC on my name. i don't know whether he's done so or not. what should be my next step?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask the Honda showroom official to give you a letter saying that the car has actually run 1,50,000 kms, so that based on that letter, you can return the car back to the second hand dealer and ask him to refund your money.
Regards,
