Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi,
I ordered a mobile phone online from a website timtara.com by making an advance payment. I didn't received my mobile phone since last 6 months. I sent a notice to their office but didn't got any reply from their side. Later, I came to know that the website was a fraud and there are lots of complaints against them and the CEO of the website is under police custody. So, kindly guide me how can I get my money back.

Dear Madam / Sir,
When there are mobile shops in every "nukkad" (nook and corner) of each and every village, town and city of India, I wonder what made you order a mobile phone online and make an advance payment. "Seeing is believing." Now you too will have to submit a copy of the online payment receipt lodging an FIR to the local Police station, and patiently await for the Police to investigate and process your refund. Please repost query if there in no Police action within 7 days of your lodging the FIR. Never make such foolish mistakes again.
Regards,
