Legal Question in Consumer Law in
Hi,
In our building Mr. secretary has renovated his house without the consent of other members and now he is objecting to other people about renovation.
is there any way we can charge him or fine him.

any one may make changes within the bye laws of the society or of corporation. if the secretary himself had done it, all members may call for a general body meeting on this agenda and get the matter resolved by voting.
