whether Housing society can restrict the use of lift for my tuition students?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No. The Society cannot restrict the usage of the lift to anybody ... simply because today they may prevent tuition students from using the lift ... tomorrow they may prevent visitors and guests from using the lift ... then they may prevent maids and servants from using the lift ... the list may go on ...
