I am from indonesia..i received a giftd from UK...sent via courier delivery solution..my stuff stuck im india with no reason anti terrorist certifikat...and i have to pay $1500...whether it is true or scam?....thank you

Do you have any previous relationship with the person/company who send you the gift? Is it a "out of the blue" or a sudden gift? If you have no prior relationship with the person/company who send you the gift and it is a sudden gift, then it is a high chance of a scam. Do not pay the money.
