Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i invested some amount in financial firm which assures me guaranteed return after specific period for which the firm gave me a agreement mentioning as Memorandum of Understanding on stamp paper mentioning all conditions. Now the firm refuses to pay back he money. What shall i do? Some other investors lodge a police complaint and the firm owner is on bail now. I didnt complain in police that time. How i get my money back? Is there any proedure to submit a ccase in court directly?
