Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i joined for a course in a private instittute and director promised me good training international value certification in tally..by tallyacadamy. but he maid breach of both and i havent recived bill of payment he keeps record of recipt in a register (only proof for my payment. but in his coustady)
help me to get justice..

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have not got the Tally Certificate on completion of the course, you should ask the private institution to either give you the Certificate or refund the full fees paid by you to them.
