I am land lord built an apartment sold 12 flats out of 15 and construction agreement terrace right belongs to me is it any legal problem

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no legal problem in retaining the terrace rights. If the Society is already formed, the land will be conveyed to the Society no sooner you sell all the flats in the building.
