Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
have taken a loan from HDFC Bank of Rs. 50,000/- i.e. personal loan, some personal problem not able to pay the monthly interest now m defaulter, but i have also a joint A/c. in the same Bank with my wife, she is the 1st holder and i am the 2nd holder, so will you suggest me some remedy that without any intimation and consent of 1st holder how can the bank freeze or hold the A/c. plz help

If she was not the co - borrower then the bank has no right
To attach the joint account. Also the first holder
Should not be the guarantor
