Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i have made a order for book from online website ,they have done many mistake in the process first they gave wrong number .so delivery given to someone else and promised me send a new one .now they send a copy where someone else sign my name .and they saying book delivered .but they not info any delivery boy done job on day and they not ready for sign matching .i want case against this kind cunning people .please help me how i fight legally
