hi mr name is raj from pune... im not getting my noc and parking slot all due are paid to builder ..owner want more money for noc and parking slot ...and one more issue socitey is not formed yet ..how can i get my noc and parking slot without pay any amount..

Has the initial agreement has such clause? If yes, you can claim it by serving a legal notice first and letter by filing a consumer complaint.
