Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i want to open a boutique where i can sell different branded wear items. is it illegal to resell them at a higher price even after i have purchased it? will it also be illegal to change just the price on the original tags while reselling them?

From where would you purchase the branded cloths? In a boutique ready made cloths are made from fabric.What u want to do does not come under boutique.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The costs of running the boutique will obviously be logged onto the price marked on the branded wear items. Alternatively, if your suppliers do not wish that you alter or amend the price tag, they will have to supply you the products at MRP less discount so as to cover your costs and profit.
