Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am owning a flat at MALAD , Mumbai . The society is not allowing us to fix the antenna at terrace hence , we are forced to select the Airtel as DTH which is installed in terrace or Cable .
Now , I am looking for broadband , the society has MTNL and airtel infrastructure but these doesn't provides good options as other operator like hathway, Trikona . To avail these services a small devices needs to fixed on terrace but, the society secretary verbally refused. As the options available in these wireless options are 100% better than existing option I would like fight against this autocratic approach of society.
Please let me know the available legal option.
