Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am owning a Shop in a co op society in Navi Mumbai above it is a terrace. During rain there used to leakage from terrace into the shop a reported to society verbal and written Society was not repairing it I got repairs at my own cost can I take the case to Consumer Court if yes where I can file a suit I live in Kharghar Navi Mumbai
