sale agreement. agreement period in three months but endear period property holder agree they not lone document
requirement and no objection certificate got me but they are got me my money bank check after pay eyeball of months and censored agreement. I said home lone interest up in period you pay me lose. property cost hie in period so consed agreement I ricvesat please help me. i my lose and property Rickover.i m very small parson.

in case you want to buy the property, you may file a suit for specific performance of agreement and in case you don't want to buy it , you may file a suit for recovery of your earnest money.
