Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i have purchase a under construction flat which was to be deliver in Dec. 2014, however the possession is not give so far.
As per register sale agreement the developer has to pay interest in case the delivery is not given in December 2014.
how to claim the interest from developer.

Dear client first issue legal notice through lawyer to builder and ask interest as per agreement. If builder not pay interest then file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
