Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I have purchased a bath tub from delhi direct from company with an advance of 100000 rupees,but the company is unable to send product on time due some customs issue when i am asking for advance they are saying we cannot refund te advance you can opt for another product so what should i do,they are not responding in a proper way

They are bound to refund the money as they have failed to fulfill their part of contract. Its a clear cut case of deficiency. Be in touch. I will first serve a legal notice before approaching consumer forum.

if you have written agreement or written on bill the delivery time then you can approach consumer court.

You should file a 100% refund claim plus compensation against the defaulting Company with the local Consumer Court.
